LADYBABY, Metal Idol Group From Japan

For the umpteenth time Japan create new innovations in music. One of them we already know is the idol group that carries metal music that is Babymetal. This time there was another idol group also brought metal music and probably will be a new competitor for BABYMETAL, They are Ladybaby. Ladybaby have a concept of music that is somewhat similar to BABYMETAL and also have equal amounts of personnel, amounting to three people with one center. But the difference is one of the personnel Ladybaby is a man. The man who came from Australia has a stage name Ladybeard and has the role of singing with vocal scream. This makes the music of Ladybaby look a little more ferocious than Babymetal.

Ladybaby consists of three members, namely Ladybeard and two cute women, Rie Kaneko and Rei Kuromiya. Of the three personnel, the most striking and was able to capture the attention is Ladybeard. Besides can do a scream, He also has a strange appearance which dressed in maid and students of Japanese women. Even so, he is an artist who has a myriad of talents, ranging from free wrestlers, vocalist of heavy metal, crazy parties, talent TV, social media icons and someone we can call 24 hours a day for a photo session.

Ladybaby first debut starting in April. They also released a music video titled Nippon Manju via youtube. This video is the beginning of the celebration of the birth of the idol group. In the song  Nippon Manju you can listen energetic music that combines elements of Japanese pop sound with heavy metal.

Maybe this is their way to market and introduce music by offering something new, strange and unique. In my opinion, something strange and unique is easy to remember. so it will ease Ladybaby to be remembered and identified by people.
