Stone Sour New Album EP 2015 “Meanwhile in Burbank...”

Stone Sour is a hard rock band from Iowa, America. This band consists of five members namely Corey Taylor (lead vocals), Christian Martucci (lead guitar) replacement for Jim Root, Josh Rand (rhythm guitar), Johny Chow (bass guitar), and Roy Mayorga (drums). Jim root do not play with Stone Sour again because he want focus to Slipknot for the cultivation of the new album material. Jim root is a guitarist and partner of Corey Taylor in the band Slipknot. although it is no longer part of the band stone sour again, Jim and Corey still has a good relationship in Slipknot. For along with Jim root, Stone Sour gained two Grammy Award nominations for Best Metal Performance for the single Get Inside in 2003 and Inhale in 2004. In addition Stone Sour won for Best International of Golden Gods Award in 2013.

Stone Sour formed in 1992 in Des Moines, Iowa and was disbanded in 1997 and finally reunited in 2002. During the work until 2013, Stone Sour has released four albums of “Stone Sour” (2002 ), “Come What ( ever ) May” (2006), “Audio Secrecy” (2010), “House of Gold & Bones Part 1” (2012) and “House of Gold & Bones Part 2” (2013). This year Stone Sour released their fifth album with titled “Meanwhile in Burbank...”. This album contains a cover songs from bands that influence their music such as Metallica, Alice in Chains, KISS, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath. The selection of the songs in this album as a whole is very suitable for Stone Sour vocalist who has a great such as Corey with impressive vocal sound. Ability in the song with the typical Stone Sour makes this album worth to be enjoyed.
